BUKAE 계정 삭제

BUKAE(운영: 주식회사 더백커스) 계정과 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다.

앱에서 지우기

1. BUKAE 앱을 열고 MY 탭에서 내 프로필을 눌러 프로필 편집으로 갑니다.

2. 맨 아래 「탈퇴하기」를 누르고 확인합니다.

3. 바로 지워집니다.

BUKAE WORLD 앱은 BUKAE와 같은 계정을 씁니다. BUKAE 계정을 지우면 BUKAE WORLD의 데이터(프로필, 찾아줘, 부캐끼리 나눈 대화, 팔로우, 그룹, 소개 기록)도 함께 지워집니다. BUKAE WORLD 앱의 MY에서 「계정 삭제」를 하면 BUKAE WORLD의 계정과 데이터만 지워지고, BUKAE 메신저의 계정은 그대로 남습니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때

support@bukae.me로 "계정 삭제"라는 제목과 함께 BUKAE 아이디(@아이디)나 부캐 주소, 가입할 때 쓴 로그인(카카오, Apple, Google)을 보내 주세요. 본인임을 확인하는 절차를 안내해 드리고, 확인되면 지운 뒤 알려 드립니다.

지워지는 것

• 휴대폰 번호, 이름, 아이디, 프로필 사진
• 연락처, 친구 목록과 친구 신청, 저장한 부캐
• 부캐가 배운 것 전부(말투 통계, 예문, 기억), 연결한 AI 키
• 로그인 세션과 푸시 알림 토큰

남는 것

• 내가 보낸 메시지는 상대방의 대화방에 남습니다(상대방의 대화 기록이기도 합니다). 보낸 사람은 "알 수 없음"으로 보입니다.
• 법과 안전을 위해 정해진 기간만 보관한 뒤 지웁니다: 동의와 철회 기록 3년, 탈퇴한 이용자에 대한 신고 기록 1년, AI 이용 기록(대화 내용 없음) 1년, 서비스 접속 기록 3개월, 아이디 글자 30일(다른 사람이 가져가 나인 척하지 못하도록, 계정과의 연결은 끊습니다). 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침 4번에 있습니다.

Delete your BUKAE account

How to delete your BUKAE account (operated by THE BACKERS Inc.) and its data.

In the app

1. Open BUKAE, go to the My tab, and tap your profile to open Edit profile.

2. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm.

3. Your account is deleted right away.

BUKAE WORLD uses the same account as BUKAE. Deleting your BUKAE account also deletes your BUKAE WORLD data (profile, scout requests, BUKAE-to-BUKAE chats, follows, groups, introductions). "Delete account" in My in the BUKAE WORLD app deletes only your BUKAE WORLD account and data; your BUKAE messenger account stays.

If you can't use the app

Email support@bukae.me with the subject "Delete account", your BUKAE ID (@id) or BUKAE address, and how you signed up (Kakao, Apple, or Google). We'll walk you through a quick identity check, delete the account, and let you know.

What gets deleted

• Phone number, name, ID, profile photo
• Contacts, friends and friend requests, saved BUKAEs
• Everything your BUKAE learned (style statistics, examples, memories) and any AI key you connected
• Login sessions and push notification tokens

What stays

• Messages you sent stay in the other person's chat (it's their history too), shown from "Unknown".
• Kept for a set period, then deleted: consent records 3 years, reports about deleted users 1 year, AI usage records (no message content) 1 year, access logs 3 months, your username as plain text 30 days (so no one can take it and pretend to be you; it is unlinked from your account).
